Hi, I’m Matt Barkley. I am a designer, researcher, and strategist based in Texas. I’m a Design Innovation Lead @ Southwest Airlines, strategy facilitator through Trysail, and alum of the Quantic MBA, the SMU MADI program, and the LA Tech School of Design. I’ve previously served as the inaugural Service Design Strategist for the City of Dallas and completed projects for Fortune 500s, US Congressional campaigns, and major nonprofits.
