I am a design strategist based in Texas. I’ve spent the last decade using Human-Centered Design to reimagine products, services, and strategies across a variety of industries and organizations. I previously led the artificial intelligence design strategy practice for Southwest Airlines and the service design practice for the local government of Dallas.
